MY ACCOUNT

HOW CAN I GET AN ACCOUNT?

It´s easy! Just click on the Padlock icon icon_lock on the upper right corner, choose ‘Register’ and fill in the information required.


HOW CAN I LOG INTO MY PROFILE?

Click on the same icon and submit your username and password.


MY PASSWORD DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Don’t worry. Just go to the same button at the top – right of the screen and you will see a link LOST PASSWORD on the login screen. Click on the link, enter your details and a new password will be sent out to your e-mail address.

If your troubles persist, e-mail us and we will assist.


HOW CAN I EDIT MY PROFILE?

Either click on your username in the top right section of the website or on the Padlock icon icon_unlock besides it. There you have several options:

Edit Adress

this is needed for all orders you will eventually send. Make sure this field contains the correct information!

Change Password

this is your password to get to your account with us.

WHAT OTHER OPTIONS DO I GET WITH MY PROFILE?

View Orders

In that section you will see a list with all past orders. You can review the products and you can see the status of the order (processing, hold-on, completed etc.)

Wish List

You can create a personal Wish List that will contain all products you would like to have at some point. It is just a reminder. Please note that the products in your Wish List are not reserved for you and they are available for other customers. The Wish List is just a quick way to mark some products. If you want to add a product to the list, use the green button “My Wishlist” when you are viewing a single product.

Recently Viewed Products

That is another list of products and is generated automatically everytime you take a look at a single product. This list will be deleted in a day so if you want to store some information, add the product to your Wish List.

Is there a Sitemap for the Crystal Skulls e-Shop?

No, the e-shop is organized in a different way. Either click on the Catalog in the central part of the Main Menu or browse its sub-categories. You can use the Search Option as well. Just click on the Magnifying Tool icon_magnify in the top right and enter some keywords.

While viewing a product you will notice that under the price there are several attributes listed. You can click on them and all products with the same attributes will show up. For instance – all Single pointed crystals or all Lemurian crystals. You can access these with the menu on the left section of the page as well.


Which browser do you recommend for best viewing performance?

The Crystal Skulls e-Shop is tested against all popular browsers – Google Chrome, Opera, FireFox, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Safari – and is optimized to work on desktops, tablets and mobile devices. Even with Internet Explorer you should have best results and there is only one known issue with that browser – sometimes some images are not shown on the Shop page – if that is the case just hit ctrl+F5 and refresh the browser. That issue comes from IE so there is nothing we can do about it.

How can I find the crystal I am looking for?

All products on the Crystal Shop of John Armitage are organized into Categories and you can easily find everything through them. The two main Categories are Skulls and Crystals.
